A cruise from Athens to Andalucía aboard the MS Island Sky

November 11 London to Athens
After a delay due to fog we arrived in Athens and were transferred to the MS Island Sky.
During the night we sailed for Itea.
November 12 Itia Greece
We passed through the Corinth Canal soon after sunrise.
To-day we visited Delphi.
This remarkable site has as its centre piece the Temple of Apollo. It was here
that the
Oracle
(Priestess) would foretell the future.
November 13 Sarande, Albania
Our visit to-day was to see the archaeological site and ancient city of Butrint. This site is located on the banks of an estuary.
In the evening we had an Opera Gala given by the London Festival Opera.
November 14 Sailing to Syracuse Italy

A morning tour of the city and afternoon recital in the Palazzo Beneventano.

Heavy rain did not prevent us from visiting the Valley of theTemples.

Visit to the town.
November 18 and 19 At sea.
November 20 Melilla Spain
A tour of this small Spanish town on the North African coast.

A visit to this old port town.
